Scott, Rankin & Gardiner, one of Ottawa's leading mid-sized accounting firms, had a website that invited people to submit resumes for positions within the company. However, the website was the standard "click here to submit your resume" and lacked attention-grabbing employer branding and messaging such as why a person should want to work at the firm.
SR&G needed a more compelling website that presented its employer brand.
Solution:
Through interviews with staff and industry research, Marketing Breakthroughs marketed a new employer brand for the firm - positioning it as a place of fast advancement in an environment that provided strong support for staff interested in furthering their studies and maintaining a healthy work/life balance.
The Ottawa video production specialists at Marketing Breakthroughs created streaming video for the website by interviewing employees at each level of the firm - new student, senior student, new CA, senior CA, manager, and partner - to present a real account of what it means to work at SR&G.
Results:
The rejuvenated website and streaming video content capture the essence of what is special about SR&G and describe the employer brand in a way that compels and excites someone visiting the firm's website for the first time. This content was prepared in less than three weeks.
