Coyote Log Homes has spent the better half of a decade
positioning themselves as the leaders in log home designing,
building, and teaching. In early 2009, Dan Albert, co-owner of
Coyote Log Homes, came to Marketing Breakthroughs looking to tell
the company's story to the public, as well as garner some exposure
at the 2009 Ottawa Cottage Show.
The public relations team at Marketing Breakthroughs, led by
veteran Media Manager Barbara Brunzell, had less than two weeks to
drum
up publicity for Canada's fastest growing log home builder.
"The publicity that MB was able to get for Coyote Log Homes was
amazing," says Dan Albert of Coyote Log Homes. "Within hours of the
campaign's launch, we were getting new business leads and plenty of
invaluable media attention."
Over the course of a just a few days, MB helped to introduce
Coyote Log Homes to several television, radio, and newspaper
outlets that included media interviews, live demonstrations, and
countless visually appealing photo opportunities.
"We're very fortunate to have been able to work with the Marketing
Breakthroughs team," says Albert. "The A-Morning piece alone paid
for the campaign itself!"

Coyote Log Homes received extensive exposure on A-Morning in
Ottawa, including on-air personalities waving chainsaws and
promoting log-related prize giveaways. Also, they were seen and
heard on CTV, CBC radio and television, and read in many regional
newspapers.
Marketing Breakthroughs also designed all of Coyotes' marketing
collateral including the signage at their log booth and stage at
this year's Cottage Show and on the company's
website.
The campaign, which continues to reach thousands of Canadians
online, has far exceeded the expectations of Coyote Log
Homes.
"It was pretty remarkable what [MB] did," says Albert. "They were
highly skilled in their execution, and they did a great job
targeting our demographic."
